TURNOVER-IT DATA PROTECTION POLICY

AGSI SAS aims to build a lasting relationship with candidates and recruiters, based on trust and mutual interest. These conditions describe the policy applicable to the protection of user data on the Turnover-it.com and Free-Work.com websites.

AGSI SAS fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please read this document to understand how we use the personal information you provide when using our services. We reserve the right to modify this charter and ask you to refer to it regularly.

Collection of CVs and Candidates' Personal Data

Candidate registration on Free-Work.com is subject to prior acceptance (with an opt-in checkbox) of our regulations. They then provide their CV and personal information in this context: name, first name, title, date of birth, contact details, email address, complete CV with professional background, details about their education, interests, motivations. We also record IP addresses.

Collection of Recruiters' Personal Data

When you open a recruiter account on Turnover-it.com, you provide personal information: name, first name, title, email address and position. We also record your IP address. This information is necessary to provide a quality service.

Use/Distribution of CVs and Personal Data

Subscribed recruiters can download CVs and directly contact candidates of their choice through their own communication means or via the Turnover-it.com interface by sending emails. Access and use of candidate data can only be done as part of a recruitment operation. The recording of candidate data by recruiters: CVs, cover letters is done under their responsibility and within the framework of the GDPR.

Retention Period for CVs and Personal Data

At any time, candidates can update, modify or delete their CV or account by reconnecting with their credentials on Free-Work.com.

After a period of 12 months without updates, CVs are deleted from the Turnover-it.com and Free-Work.com CV database. Additionally, to avoid unnecessarily keeping CVs in the database, candidates receive an automatic email after 30 days without updates, inviting them to delete/update their CV.

AGSI SAS implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to secure the data.

  • secure data collection via SSL
  • secure data access via SSL
  • no technical outsourcing
