Vaguement \u00e0 jour, vaguement utile. Cette perception co\u00fbte des missions. Le DC n\u2019est pas un CV enrichi : c\u2019est votre proposition commerciale sign\u00e9e. Combien d\u2019\u00e9quipes commerciales parlent indiff\u00e9remment de \u00ab CV \u00bb et de \u00ab DC \u00bb dans leurs \u00e9changes internes, comme si le second n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019une variante mise en page du premier ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beaucoup, et le glissement s\u00e9mantique p\u00e8se lourd. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2024\/07\/01\/le-cv-anonyme-dans-la-tech-une-solution-miracle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CV<\/a> appartient au candidat, raconte une trajectoire individuelle, vise un recruteur qui cherche un alignement parcours-poste. Le dossier de comp\u00e9tences, lui, porte la signature graphique et juridique de l\u2019ESN. Il s\u2019adresse \u00e0 un acheteur (client final, direction m\u00e9tier, parfois direction des achats) qui cherche une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un besoin projet contractualis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le destinataire change, et tout change avec lui : la structure, le ton, la hi\u00e9rarchie des informations, la dur\u00e9e de vie du document. Un CV \u00e9volue \u00e0 chaque mission. <strong>Un DC \u00e9volue \u00e0 chaque appel d\u2019offres, parfois \u00e0 chaque tour de short-list, pour coller au contexte du client.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois fonctions s\u2019empilent sur le m\u00eame document.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019abord, <strong>qualifier le besoin<\/strong> : le dossier de comp\u00e9tences montre que vous avez lu l\u2019appel d\u2019oofre, identifi\u00e9 les enjeux, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 le bon profil. Ensuite, <strong>d\u00e9montrer l\u2019ad\u00e9quation<\/strong> : comp\u00e9tences, missions pass\u00e9es, r\u00e9sultats mesurables align\u00e9s sur ce que le client veut entendre. Enfin, <strong>d\u00e9clencher la short-list<\/strong> : provoquer le \u00ab celui-l\u00e0, je veux le rencontrer \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tant que vos commerciaux traitent le DC comme un livrable administratif, ces trois fonctions tombent \u00e0 plat. Tout ce qui arrive apr\u00e8s est compar\u00e9 \u00e0 lui, pas \u00e0 l\u2019AO. Passer de 48h \u00e0 24h se traduit m\u00e9caniquement par une pr\u00e9sence plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8re en short-list sur les appels d\u2019offres tendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taux de transformation DC envoy\u00e9 vers entretien client.<\/strong> Le KPI qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le la qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de vos dossiers, et accessoirement celle de vos BMs. Un BM qui descend sous 10% pousse trop, qualifie mal, ou r\u00e9dige des dossiers g\u00e9n\u00e9riques. Au-dessus de 25%, soit le ciblage AO est tr\u00e8s s\u00e9lectif, soit la qualit\u00e9 \u00e9ditoriale du DC fait la diff\u00e9rence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux pr\u00e9-requis pour instrumenter ce taux : un CRM staffing qui horodate l\u2019envoi du DC, et un retour syst\u00e9matique du commercial sur l\u2019issue (entretien obtenu, refus argument\u00e9, silence radio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coh\u00e9rence de marque.<\/strong> Sur une short-list de trois <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2026\/02\/04\/le-marche-des-esn-en-2026-reprise-fragile-pression-sur-les-modeles-et-nouvelles-lignes-de-fracture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESN<\/a>, la coh\u00e9rence graphique et structurelle p\u00e8se plus qu\u2019on ne le pense. Un dossier de comp\u00e9tences mal align\u00e9 sur la charte, avec deux polices et un en-t\u00eate approximatif, signale un d\u00e9faut d\u2019industrialisation que l\u2019acheteur extrapole au reste de la prestation. Vous ne signez pas un dossier, vous signez une promesse de rigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adaptabilit\u00e9.<\/strong> Un consultant senior n\u2019a pas un dossier de comp\u00e9tences. Il en a plusieurs.
