Aujourd\u2019hui, les cabinets RH avancent \u00e0 contre-courant d\u2019un march\u00e9 qui r\u00e9clame clart\u00e9, imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9, donn\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes. Pendant qu\u2019ils peaufinent leur shortlist, les <strong>talent marketplaces<\/strong> livrent les bons profils sur un plateau. En face : une demande exponentielle, acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par la transformation num\u00e9rique, le cloud, la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2025\/06\/12\/ia-generative-et-sourcing-tech-une-revolution-ou-une-illusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/a>. De l\u2019autre : une offre de talents fig\u00e9e, morcel\u00e9e, parfois \u00e9puis\u00e9e. Le cabinet est en mesure de d\u00e9crypter, traduire, aligner. Une machine n\u2019analyse ni les jeux d\u2019influence, ni les rapports de force implicites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
