Entre DevOps autoproclam\u00e9s, SRE sans run et experts cloud hors production, l&rsquo;expertise se dilue dans un bruit permanent. Pourtant, dans les faits, les projets ralentissent, les recrutements patinent et les \u00e9quipes techniques s\u2019usent. Ce paradoxe n\u2019a rien d\u2019anecdotique : il illustre une bascule structurelle dans la nature m\u00eame de la p\u00e9nurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis la pouss\u00e9e d\u2019hypercroissance 2020\u20132022, <strong>les besoins en <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2025\/11\/21\/experts-ia-cloud-cybersecurite-comment-structurer-un-recrutement-a-la-hauteur-des-enjeux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>DevOps, Data, Cloud<\/strong><\/a><strong>et Cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont explos\u00e9<\/strong> &#8211; sans contrepartie \u00e9quivalente du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des expertises op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le march\u00e9 a vu affluer des vagues de profils fra\u00eechement certifi\u00e9s, issus de reconversions express, dop\u00e9s aux bootcamps et \u00e0 LinkedIn Learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain, elle, n\u2019a pas attendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes s\u2019interconnectent. Les pipelines CI\/CD se complexifient. Le run ne pardonne plus les approximations. Un Cloud Engineer ne remplace pas un architecte plateforme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et Kubernetes ? Savoir le manipuler en local ne garantit ni sa ma\u00eetrise en production, ni la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 industrialiser une stack multi-cloud avec des contraintes r\u00e9elles de scalabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les titres n\u2019unifient plus les pratiques.
