Derri\u00e8re la succession d\u2019outils, de plateformes et de nouveaux interm\u00e9diaires, une mutation plus profonde s\u2019op\u00e8re, souvent per\u00e7ue sans \u00eatre pleinement comprise. Les cabinets ne disparaissent pas, en revanche leur place se redessine, parfois \u00e0 leur insu. Crise. Sur le terrain, les directions informatiques d\u00e9crivent autre chose : une m\u00e9canique qui se grippe par endroits, tout en continuant de tourner. Moins de missions visibles, certes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En revanche, des besoins techniques toujours bien pr\u00e9sents, parfois m\u00eame plus exigeants qu\u2019hier. Alors o\u00f9 se situe r\u00e9ellement la fracture ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un march\u00e9 en ralentissement conjoncturel mais en recomposition structurelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La baisse du volume de missions ne signe pas un effondrement de la demande IT. Elle traduit surtout un d\u00e9calage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les projets persistent : modernisation du SI, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2025\/11\/21\/experts-ia-cloud-cybersecurite-comment-structurer-un-recrutement-a-la-hauteur-des-enjeux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s\u00e9curisation des environnements<\/a>, dette technique qui s\u2019accumule. Pour autant, les canaux traditionnels de recrutement peinent \u00e0 absorber ces besoins. <strong>La demande existe, mais la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 la capter se fragmente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi ? Parce que les entreprises arbitrent davantage. Elles fractionnent les projets. Elles temporisent. Elles combinent CDI, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2025\/08\/14\/cvtheque-it-comment-sourcer-rapidement-les-meilleurs-freelances-du-marche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freelance<\/a>, RPO, plateformes. De facto, le recrutement cesse de suivre une trajectoire lin\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Force est de constater que l\u2019effet ciseaux s\u2019installe ; moins de missions formalis\u00e9es c\u00f4t\u00e9 cabinets et davantage d\u2019interm\u00e9diaires positionn\u00e9s entre les talents et les \u00e9quipes IT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sultat : une concurrence plus diffuse, plus difficile \u00e0 lire, et parfois plus co\u00fbteuse \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explosion du nombre d\u2019acteurs : quand la concurrence devient syst\u00e9mique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>+23,5 % d\u2019agences en cinq ans<\/strong>. Le chiffre a de quoi surprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le recrutement IT attire toujours. De nouveaux cabinets \u00e9mergent. Des freelances se structurent. Des plateformes industrialisent l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux missions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd\u2019hui, un m\u00eame recruteur peut tour \u00e0 tour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>op\u00e9rer sous statut freelance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rejoindre un collectif,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collaborer avec une plateforme,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou relancer un cabinet plus l\u00e9ger, plus cibl\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cette hybridation dilue la valeur per\u00e7ue du cabinet g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste<\/strong>. Non par manque de comp\u00e9tence, mais par saturation de l\u2019offre. Lorsque tout le monde promet rapidit\u00e9 et expertise, le message perd en relief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour un DSI, la lecture devient plus complexe : Qui apporte r\u00e9ellement de la valeur ? Qui ma\u00eetrise le contexte technique ? La concurrence ne se joue plus \u00e0 p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre constant. Il s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leur promesse s\u00e9duit :&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une relation directe.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une expertise souvent pointue.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une image artisanale qui rassure les PME et les ETI technologiques.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, ces collectifs attirent massivement d\u2019anciens consultants de cabinets. Ils connaissent les clients. Ils ma\u00eetrisent les m\u00e9thodes et adaptent les prix. Ainsi, la pression tarifaire s\u2019intensifie. Les talents quittent les structures traditionnelles et les cabinets g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes voient leur socle se fragiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour une direction informatique, la tentation existe. Pas en marge, pas \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du syst\u00e8me mais en son c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces recruteurs freelances ind\u00e9pendants op\u00e8rent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, arm\u00e9s d\u2019un CRM, d\u2019un fichier bien entretenu et, souvent, d\u2019une solide exp\u00e9rience acquise\u2026 en cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nombreux sont les anciens consultants issus de grandes enseignes qui connaissent par c\u0153ur les m\u00e9thodes, les r\u00e9flexes et les pain points de leurs ex-clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Leur mod\u00e8le repose sur une \u00e9conomie de moyens.<\/strong> Pas de structure. Peu de charges fixes. Une logique de flux. Et une pression forte sur le pipe commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sultat : 43\u202f% d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9gagent moins de 50 000 euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.achil.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Achil-Barometre-du-recrutement-freelance-2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>\u00e9tude Achil<\/em><\/a><em>, 2024<\/em>). Pour tenir, ils priorisent le volume. Les missions simples et rapides. Sous tension. Celles justement qui constituaient, jusqu\u2019ici, la base du mod\u00e8le des cabinets g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 ce stade, le choc n\u2019est plus latent. Il devient frontal ! L\u2019arbitrage prix &gt; valeur op\u00e8re \u00e0 plein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le freelance facture moins, r\u00e9pond plus vite, accepte des conditions que le cabinet ne peut plus soutenir<\/strong>. En retour, il capte la demande la plus accessible. Celle qui, autrefois, remplissait les portefeuilles des cabinets sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les directions informatiques, elles, se retrouvent face \u00e0 une question pratique : \u00e0 complexit\u00e9 \u00e9gale, le freelance suffit-il ?
