Certains y voient un effondrement. D\u2019autres, une mue. En toile de fond, une seule interrogation persiste : <strong>les cabinets de recrutement vont-ils dispara\u00eetre ? <\/strong>D\u00e9cryptage sans filtre d\u2019un mod\u00e8le au bord du Ils attendent une exp\u00e9rience, un accompagnement, une clart\u00e9 dans le process. Ils zappent vite, notent publiquement, demandent du feedback structur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le rapport de force s\u2019inverse<\/strong>. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnover-it.com\/blog\/2025\/03\/06\/profils-penuriques-it-les-strategies-infaillibles-pour-les-attirer-et-les-recruter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">talent<\/a> se pense comme un client. Il \u00e9value le recruteur avant m\u00eame d\u2019envisager un entretien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cabinets qui ne r\u00e9pondent pas \u00e0 cette attente imm\u00e9diate d\u2019interaction, d\u2019authenticit\u00e9 et d\u2019utilit\u00e9 sont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9cart\u00e9s du parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Baisse de rentabilit\u00e9, concurrence interne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les directions informatiques internalisent de plus en plus le sourcing via des \u00e9quipes TA (Talent Acquisition) boost\u00e9es par la tech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les plateformes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es captent une part croissante des missions, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et surtout, les recruteurs freelances, souvent ex-cabinets, gagnent du terrain avec des approches plus souples, plus rentables et sans structure lourde \u00e0 financer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Crise de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et manque de repr\u00e9sentation collective<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cabinet de recrutement souffre d\u2019un mal plus insidieux : il n\u2019existe pas dans l\u2019espace public. Pas de figures visibles. Peu d\u2019influence. Aucune voix collective dans le d\u00e9bat RH de fond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les freelance RH partagent leur quotidien sur LinkedIn et o\u00f9 les experts IA imposent leur vision du futur du travail, <strong>les cabinets restent silencieux<\/strong>, parfois absents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce silence entame la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue.
